I got the job! | Life Update 10

Hey everyone, today I am going to be doing my last life update for a while. I start school the 16th (writing this before) and I want to focus on school and keep my life a little more private. I don’t really want to elaborate on this much, but a couple things have caused a lot of stress and sadness in my life right now and I want to take a step back for that reason. I will still be posting every Friday, but not Tuesdays for now. Anyways, please subscribe to my blog and enjoy!

job

Ok, so I applied for a couple different jobs and I actually got an interview for one! I had my interview last Wednesday and I was really nervous. It was my first interview, and I tend to not do great at those kinds of things. I got there 15 minutes early and one of the two people that interviewed me got there 6 minutes late lol.

The interview was so easy! It lasted about 5 minutes and they basically only asked me two questions. They asked me to tell them about myself and also asked me if I had any experience teaching gymnastics. After that, they just told me different things about the job. Once it was over, they told me they would get into contact with me. A few hours later I got a call telling me that I got the job!

The job is a gymnastics coach at a local gym. I will most likely be teaching little preschoolers which should be fun. I am a little nervous, but I am very thankful that God blessed me with this opportunity. The next day, I was officially hired when I went in to fill out paperwork. I haven’t started yet, but I will be soon and I am super excited.

school

My school starts tomorrow (yesterday as you are reading this) and I am pretty excited! I am really looking forward to being busy and also taking Anatomy and Physiology. I am hoping that this school year goes great, so keep me in your prayers!

Future Briana here! So far school has been pretty crazy and busy. I have been enjoying my classes so far even though it is the first few days. I will be a lot busier than I was this summer being in school and having a new job. Anatomy and physiology is pretty difficult but I am enjoying it so far. This picture is from one of my labs today, we are learning medical terminology.

colleges

At the moment I am applying to a bunch of colleges. Getting references is kind of stressful, but I am almost done. I am really looking forward to going to college. At the moment I feel like my life is kind of stuck. I cannot wait until I get to go to college! There are so many different things that I am looking forward to.

God

I have been doing so much better at dedicating time to spend with God. Right now I am working on memorizing this verse above. The full thing is The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it John 1:5. I am also posting about how you can get closer to God this Friday, so be on the lookout for that!
